Utah Compose is a formative writing platform provided by USBE for grades 3+. It can be used for writing assignments in any subject (cross-curricular) and is similar format to what students testing in RISE Writing will see. You can assign writing prompts, set up rubrics, create groups of students who have the ability to peer review with each other, give feedback, track scores, and pull pre-made lessons. To integrate with Summit, you could have student type drafts into Utah Compose and complete peer review, then copy/paste revised drafts into Checkpoints or Final Products.
