The objective of T2T [Teacher 2 Teacher] Observations is to get you into another classroom for a brief observation. Why? Well, we know that one of the best ways to learn and grow is from each other, so the STT Team developed this plan to support both of our school-wide initiative [Whole Student + Teacher Clarity]. We hope you use this opportunity to take new ideas back to your own classrooms, reflect on your feedback, and celebrate the things that are evident in your instruction!

Step 1: Schedule your T2T observation with your partner teacher
Step 2: Complete your observation
➡️ Use the T2T Observation Form
➡️ It's ok if you don't get to see everything! It's just a short amount of time.
➡️ You can talk to students to get their perspective to use in your feedback.
➡️ Once you submit the form, the results will be send to your email.
➡️ You will need to forward those results to your partner teacher to complete the T2T process.
